RALEIGH COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 18th day of July, 2024 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 PM, the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing to rezone .65 acres of property upon the application of Opportunity Knocks, Inc. for the purpose of a Video Lottery Establishment. The present zoning of the property to be affected is (R1) Rural/Residential and the proposed Zoning is to be (B1) Business/Commercial. The property to be affected is located at 6928 Harper Road, Glen Daniel, Trap Hill District, Tax Map 14, Parcel 37.4, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by July 17th, 2024, will be considered.
