Notice is hereby given that GREENBRIER MINERALS, LLC, PO BOX 446, 119 RICH CREEK RD, MAN, WV 25635 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 1101 George Kostas Drive, Logan, WV, 25601 for a significant permit revision to Article 3 permit number O501108 in order to add 23.00 acres of existing road to gain access to adjacent permits. The approved acreage is 14.40 and the proposed acreage for this incidental boundary revision application is 23.00, for a new total acreage of 37.40.
The revised permit will discharge into Elklick Branch, unnamed tributaries of/and Lee Fork, and unnamed tributaries of/and Middle Fork of Buffalo Creek and Sycamore Creek of Huff Creek all of Guyandotte River of Ohio River and is located 1.6 miles northeast of Lorado, in the Triadelphia and Oceana Districts of Logan and Wyoming Counties, Longitude 81°40’42” and Latitude 37°47”43’.
