NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please take notice that the Common Council of the City of Beckley will conduct a Public Hearing on an Ordinance titled AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF BECKLEY TO GRANT A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION AND PERMANENT O & M EASEMENT THROUGH THE CITY’S RAILS TO TRAILS PROPERTY IN VICINITY OF RURAL ACRES DRIVE in Council Chambers at Beckley City Hall, 409 S Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV, at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, August 13, 2024. A copy of the Ordinance is available for review at City Hall Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. The public is invited to attend and speak at the Public Hearing.
