Notice is hereby given that WV RECLAIM CO, LLC, , 2122 LEATHERWOOD ROAD, BICKMORE, WV 25019 filed an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840 for extension of inactive status on Permit No. U028800 located near SWISS in VALLEY District of Fayette County.
Written comments on this application shall identify the applicant and application number and be sent to be recieved by the Inspection and Enforcement Supervisor at the DEP address above until 11-4-24, or thirty (30) days from date of publication.
