It appearing to the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, that a Petition has been filed requesting that the Circuit Court of Raleigh, West Virginia, sever the relationship heretofore existing between the natural father and mother of Hailey Grace Bennett who was born January 4, 2005 and permit Donnie Dean Adkins and Debra Alice Adkins to adopt said child; further appearing that the whereabouts of the natural father and natural mother has not been established; it is ORDERED that anyone claiming to be the natural father and natural mother shall appear in the Office of the Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, on or before the 15th day of March, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. and object or make other defense to the Petition, if they so desire, otherwise the parental rights of said natural father and natural mother of said child shall be terminated.
