AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
WVA Manufacturing, LLC, has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a General Permit Registration for a nonmetallic mineral processing facility located at US Route 60, East, in Alloy, Fayette County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.1380deg. latitude, -81.2790deg. longitude.
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air
Pollutants will be:
Point Source Emissions:
PM 0.01 tons/year
PM10 0.01 tons/year
Fugitive Emissions:
PM 8.85 tons/year
PM10 2.61 tons/year
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of April, 2021. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
