Notice is hereby given by the City of Oak Hill, West Virginia, that it will hold a public hearing on December 9, 2024, at 6:00 pm in the Council Chamber at Oak Hill City Hall, 100 Kelly Ave., Oak Hill, WV 25901.
The purpose of this public hearing is to discuss the City of Oak Hill’s proposed amendment to the vacant property registration fees. This amendment includes changes in the fee structure for vacant property registration. This ordinance is available for inspection at Oak Hill City Hall, Oak Hill, WV, beginning on November 4, 2024, between the hours of 7:00 am to 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 pm. It will also be available on our web site at oakhillwv.gov.
All interested citizens are invited to attend the public hearing scheduled on December 9, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., and to present oral or written comments concerning the City of Oak Hill’s proposed fee structure. Written comments may be addressed to City Manager Damita Johnson, 100 Kelly Ave., Oak Hill, WV 25901.
The City of Oak Hill will consider all public comments in preparing to adopt the amended ordinance.
The first reading of the amendment to the Vacant Property Registration Fees took place October 14, 2024, during the City of Oak Hill regular Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at Oak Hill City Hall, 100 Kelly Ave., Oak Hill, WV.
