PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of Monday, December 2, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Use & Variance Permits, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.

U-130-25-1: Request of Hank Shuff, Owner for a Conditional Use Permit as required by Section 15.10.040 for a permit to operate a storage yard at 3324 Court Street, Fayetteville, WV.

U-131-25-1: Request of J.R. Electric & Plumbing, Owner for a Conditional Use Permit as required by Section 15.10.040 for a permit to operate a storage yard at 1502 Main Street E, Oak Hill, WV.

U-132-25-1: Request of Robert McComas, Owner for a Conditional Use Permit as required by Section 15.10.040 Land Use Table for a Dwelling, Manufactured Home or Structure (Double Wide or Larger) in a R-2 Medium Density Residential District at property 429 Fourth Street, Oak Hill, WV.

V-120-25-1: Request of Imagine Properties, contract owner for a Variance to requirements of Section 15.16.030 (e) to allow the construction of a Single-Family Dwelling within required setbacks of a comer lot in a R-2 Medium Density Residential District at 100 South Loop Drive, Oak Hill, WV.
