NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 9th day of March, 2021, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Steven & Rachel Roderique on behalf of Dalton Berry for the purpose of a conditional use permit for a second residence. The property is located at 843 Simms Branch Road, Mt Hope, WV, Town District, Tax Map 4, Parcel 2.2, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
