PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Fayette County, West Virginia, at a regular meeting on March 1, 2021 at 5:00 PM or immediately thereafter will consider the following applications for Special Use Permits, Variances or Appeals as required by the Fayette County Unified Development Code.
Please note this will be an On-Line Public Hearing. The public is welcome to attend and to make public comment.
Protest petitions may be filed on or before March 1, 2021
