Claimants
You are hereby notified that Aracoma Mix, Inc., a West Virginia corporation (the “Corporation”), filed its Articles of Dissolution of a Voluntary Dissolution of a West Virginia Corporation with the Secretary of State of the State of West Virginia on February 3, 2021, the same being effective on said date.
Any and all claims against the Corporation must be presented in accordance with this Notice. Claims must be in writing and mailed to the Company in care of David M. Ferrell, Aracoma Ready Mix, Inc., P.O. Box 367, Pecks Mill, WV 25547.
ALL CLAIMS MUST INCLUDE: (1) the name, address, and telephone number of the claimant, (2) the amount of the claim, (3) the basis of the claim, (4) the date(s) on which the event(s) on which the claim is based occurred, and (5) any and all documentation related to the claim.
The effective date of this notice is the date of its publication. Any and all claims against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years of the date of the publication of this notice.
