PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of Monday, Februray 3, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Use & Variance Permits, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
U-133-25-1: Request of Clayton Homes, for a Conditional Use Permit as required by Section 15.10.040 Land Use Table for a Dwelling, Manufactured Home or Structure (Double Wide or Larger) in a R-2 Residence District at 116 Chestnut Avenue, Oak Hill, WV 25901.
Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should be present.
