The object of the entitled action is for the removal of a cloud on Plaintiffs’ title of certain property rights of the Defendant as the result of a scrivener’s error, as outlined within the Complaint filed herein, and for such relief as the Court finds appropriate.
It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that the Defendant’s actual existence, identity, and whereabouts are unknown to the Plaintiffs.
It is therefore, ORDERED that the said Defendant appear and serve upon William S. Winfrey, II, Attorney for the Plaintiff, whose address is 1608 West Main Street, P.O. Box 1159, Princeton, West Virginia 24740, telephone: (304)487-1887, and whose email address is [email protected], an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before February 28, 2025, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against you at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this Office in the City of Fayetteville in said County and State.
