The object of the above entitled action is The tenant currently owe the Plaintiff, Briarwood MHP, LLC a total of One Thousand Ten Dollars ($1,010.00) in unpaid storage unit rental fees and late fees.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that even after using due diligence, the Plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the Defendant. The Defendant was not served, either personally, or by way of service upon an appropriate family member, after service was attempted by a private process, and on prior occassions in the last known County which the Defendant resided or was located.
It is ordered that BRITTANY CRAFT do serve upon the Fayette County Magistrate Court Erin Akers, Clerk, whose address is 100 Church Street, Suite 3, Fayetteville, WV 25840, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before March 6, 2025, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against BRITTANY CRAFT at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
