NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Indemnity National Insurance Company (Former Island Fork Construction, LTD.), under a Surety Reclamation Agreement with WVDEP, has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), for a Phase II release on Permit No. S-3016-93 issued for 578.94 acres.
The permit is located in Clear Fork District of Raleigh Country, 3.2 miles southwest of Pax (nearest PO) on Lick Run, an Unnamed Tributary of Clear Fork, and Unnamed Tributaries of / and Buffalo Fork of Toney Fork (Primary Receiving Stream) of Clear Fork of Big Coal River (Secondary Receiving Stream) of Coal River (Major Drainage Basin).
Island Fork Construction, LTD. completed revegetation on January 01, 2012 and is requesting release of 25% of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $1,404,000.00.
Written comments will be received at the DEP address until April 25, 2021, or thirty (30) days from the date of final publication.
