AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that DTM Appalachia Gathering, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G35E permit modification for a new natural gas compressor station (Flaggy Meadows Compressor Station) located off Flaggy Meadow Drive, 2 miles south of Mannington, WV, in Marion County, West Virginia. Site Latitude and Longitude Coordinates are: 39.502320, -80.348461.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of May 2025. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
