NOTICE
Marion County is soliciting sealed bid proposals for stream debris removal and tree clearing activities including, but not limited to cutting/ mulching and removing trees on the engineered streambank of Buffalo Creek in Mannington, broken tops, woody debris, and other identified obstructions that may impede water flow in the subject stream. This work will involve coordination of both water and land operations in order to ensure safe and proper removal and disposal of the debris material.

Sealed bids will be opened at 10:00 am, Wednesday April 2nd, 2025, at which point the bid period shall be closed and all bids opened and publicly read. Bid opening will be in the Commission Office room, on the Fourth Floor, J. Harper Meredith Bldg. located at 200 Jackson Street, Fairmont, WV 26554.
