Notice To Members
The annual meeting of the members of the Carolina Improvement Association will be held Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 10:00am to 11:00am. The meeting will be held
at the Carolina United Methodist Church Social Room, Main and 3rd Street in Carolina, West Virginia, Marion County, for the following purposes:
1. Roll call
2. Proof of meeting notice
3. Determine if a quorum is
established
4. Read minutes of preceding
meeting
5. Financial Report
6. Report of Directors
7. Election of Directors
8. Act upon business that properly
comes before the meeting
Thirty-six (36) members in person or by proxy will constitute a quorum. A quorum is necessary to conduct business.
