PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the Petition duly filed in the Family Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, seeking the guardianship of Skylar Dawn Harris shall be held before the Honorable Louise E. Goldston, Judge of the Family Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in her chambers located at the Raleigh County Judicial Center, 222 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Beckley, West Virginia, on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as this case may be heard.
Further, notice is hereby given that your paretnal rights, if any, may be suspended and/or terminated in the proceeding, and that Joshua Cohen Harris may appear and defend any such rights within Thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. if you fail to respond within said Thirty (30) day period, you may not appear or receive further notice of these adoption procedings.
