DELINQUENT OR UNPROGRESSED ESTATES
The undersigned Fiduciary Supervisor of Marion County, West Virginia, does hereby NOTIFY Personal Representatives, Heirs at Law, Beneficiaries under the Will, Creditors, Surety on any bond, or Persons Interested, in the following estates that a Hearing before the County Commission in this matter has been scheduled on the 16th day of April, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. in the County Commission chambers at 400 Jackson Street, J.
