You are hereby notified that abuse and/or neglect and/or abandonment petition has been filed with the Circuit Court of Nicholas County, West Virginia, and assigned case numbers 25-JA-7, 25-JA-8, 25-JA-9, and 25-JA-16, where in the mother of the infants D.U., A.B., and C.B., is Lucy Keiffer, and the father of the infant D.U. is Adam Underwood, the father of the infants A.B. and C.B. is Robert Boggs, the mother of the infant L.B. is Amanda Bess, and the father of the infant L.B. is Jeremy Bess. A Preliminary Hearing/Adjudicatory Hearing/Termination Hearing will be held in this matter on the 1st day of May 2025 at 2:15 p.m., in the courtroom of the Nicholas County Courthouse at 700 Main Street, Summersville, West Virginia, 26651. You and each of you are hereby notified that you have the right to have counsel present at all stages of these proceedings and ALL SUCH PROCEEDINGS CAN RESULT IN THE PERMANENT TERMINATION OF CUSTODIAL AND PARENTAL RIGHTS TO SAID INFANT CHILD.
Accordingly, you and each of you who may have an interest in these proceedings must attend and may make such defense as you shall deem advisable on or before the date and time aforesaid, or termination of your custodial and parental rights may be ordered by the Court.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the Office of the Circuit Clerk of Nicholas County, West Virginia, at the Nicholas County Courthouse, Summersville, West Virginia.
