PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Oak Hill, West Virginia, at its meeting of May 5th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., or immediately thereafter will consider the following application for a variance as required by the Zoning Ordinance. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at the Oak Hill City Hall.
V-122-25-1: Request of Christopher Miller, owner, for a variance to Section 15.40.070 subsection D., to permit a fence over the required height of four feet as permitted, in part of front yard side on Byrnside Ave. at 202 Beech Ave., Oak Hill, West Virginia.
