Plaintiffs, Gary and Victoria Timms, are seeking judgment for adverse possession of real property located in Joes Run, Mannington District, Marion County, West Virginia. That property is described fully in a deed archived with the Clerk of the County Commission of Marion County at Deed Book 405, Page 86. The real estate was once owned by William Henry and Dollie May Porter. Following William Henry Porter’s death, Dollie May sold the property. This suit seeks an order granting adverse possession of the real property by the Plaintiffs and against the unknown descendants of William Henry Porter. To protect their interests, the descendants of William Henry Porter must appear within 30 days of the first publication of this Notice. Failure to do so may result in the Court entering an Order of Default and Default Judgment.
