This is notice that on the 8th day of July, 2025, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh
County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Jessica & Valerio A. Lopez for the purpose of a Conditional Use
Permit for Power for Storage of Food Truck on property located at 154 Chase Avenue, Beckley, WV, Town District, Tax Map 1005, Parcel 27, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
