NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 8th day of July, 2025, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of If The Key Fits, LLC for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a manufactured home park/4th single wide on property located at 185 Davis Street, Beckley, WV, Town District, Tax Map 1003, Parcel 22, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by July 7th, 2025, will be considered.
