The Wyoming County Commission/Abandoned Building Agency is accepting bids for the demolition of the following properties:
Center District

• 5 Middle Ln – CGA Enterprises, LLC – Commercial

• 2333 Appalachian Hwy – Rundle, Juliet (Heirs) – Commercial
(Map 10, Parcel 54)
Huff Creek District
• 69 Windmill Ln – Justice, Jesse (Heirs) – House (Map 4, Parcel 41)
Slab Fork District
• 3 Superior Hill – Thompson, J.H. – House (Map 10, Parcel 54)
• 6453 Poplar Gap Rd – Sanders, Betty (Heirs) – House
(Map 11, Parcel 19)
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting:
Mon., June 23, 2025 – 10:00 AM Wyoming County Commission Room, 911 Cedar St., Pineville, WV
Late arrivals and non-attendees will be disqualified. Bid packets will be distributed at the meeting.
Bid Opening:
Fri., June 27, 2025 – 12:00 PM (same location)
In-person submissions accepted until 11:30 AM.
