Notice is hereby given that ICG BECKLEY, LLC, PO BOX 49, 2221 OLD ECCLES ROAD, ECCLES, WV 25836 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840.
This application has been submitted for 50% or more ownership change in permittee or its owner from ICG BECKLEY, LLC, PO BOX 49, 2221 OLD ECCLES ROAD, ECCLES, WV 25836.
Comments on the application shall be in writing and shall identify the applicant and application number and be sent to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) at the address above. Comments received by July 10, 2025, or thirty (30) days from the date of publication, will be considered.
