We the Commissioners, appointed by Order of the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia, respectfully represent that, having been first duly sworn, and after considering the testimony of the parties in interest, are of the opinion that the just compensation for the interests in real property taken and condemned by the Town of Farmington, West Virginia (the “Town”), is: ($130.00).
Further, we believe the following to be the amount owed for damages to the residue: ($0). Accordingly, the total just compensation owed or the easements condemned is: ($130.00).
