INVITATION TO BID
FOR THE
PRESTON-TAYLOR COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS –
GRAFTON CAMPUS
Sealed bids for the proposed Preston-Taylor County Community Health Centers – Grafton Campus, will be received by Omni Associates – Architects, Inc., attention Adam Rohaly, 207 Jefferson Street, WV 26554 until 2pm, on July 9th 2025, for furnishing labor and materials and performing all Work set forth in the Contract Documents prepared by Omni Associates – Architects which will be available as of June 17th 2025.
The project will be bid under a Single Prime Contract. The project consists of approximately 25,000 sf multi-specialty clinical building of concrete and steel construction in Grafton, WV.

Each Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope which must contain: (a) the Bid Bond, (b) Form of Proposal containing the completed and signed Bid, (c) all other necessary documents as required in the specifications.
The Envelope must have the following information in the lower left-hand corner:

To Be Opened at 2pm, on July 9th, 2025
Once the envelope is opened, the Bid Bond, and all other necessary documents as required for the Bid will be reviewed first to ensure that all such documents are in order. If the documents required to be contained in envelope are not in order, the Bid will be considered non-responsive and will be returned to the Bidder.
A Bidder may not withdraw his Bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening of Bids. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to Preston-Taylor County Community Health Centers in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base Bid.
Any Contractor submitting a Bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she has a license and meets all the qualifications required by the statutes of the state and will comply with the WV Act on Wages for Public Improvements.
All Contractors and their subcontractors must verify their current compliancy status with the Department of Labor and Worker’s Compensation and Unemployment Division.
Mandatory Pre-bid Conference:
A Mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held at Omni Associates – Architects, Inc., 207 Jefferson Street, Fairmont, WV 26554, on June 18th at 2pm.
Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids will be returned unopened to the Bidders. Omni reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any informalities.
