NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 10th day of July, 2025 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 PM, the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the application of Beaver Coal Company, LTD and Agent: CitySwitch II-A, LLC for the purpose of a Wireless
Telecommunications Facility (Cell Tower). The property to be affected is located at 2818 Coalfields Expressway, Sophia, Slab Fork District, Tax Map 2, Part of Parcel 1, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by July 9th, 2025, will be considered.
