The permit is located in Marsh Fork District of Raleigh County, 1.8 miles west (Direction) of Naoma
(Nearest PO) on Shumate Creek(Primary Receiving Stream) of Marsh Fork of Big Coal River of Coal River of Kanawha River (Secondary Receiving Stream) of Coal River (Major Drainage Basin).
INDEPENDENCE COAL COMPANY, LLC completed backfilling and regrading on 6/5/2013, and is requesting release of 60 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $
$90,000.00.
