NOTICE OF
INFORMAL CONFERENCE
The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Mining and Reclamation, 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840, will hold an informal conference starting at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at the Casteel Event Center located at 129 Main Ave, Pineville, WV 24874. The purpose of the informal conference is to allow comments from those people having an interest, which is or may be, adversely affected by
the Article 3 Permit Revision submitted by Brooks Run South Mining, LLC permit U301512 Revision 4, located near Marianna Post Office in the Center District of Wyoming County. This meeting is being held in accordance with Chapter 22, Article 3, Section 20 of the Code of West Virginia.
