NOTICE is hereby given that on 26th day of August 2025 at 3 p.m. the Petitioner, Kaleb Dilley, will apply by petition to modify the custody and support of C.D. before the Honorable Lori A. Haynes of the Family Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, located at Wees Annex Building, 32 Randolph Avenue, Suite 202, Elkins, WV 26241, at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
