ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICE

Pursuant to WV Code 5G-1-3, the Raleigh County Board of Education is seeking expressions of interest from qualified design professionals to provide Architectural/Engineering Services to include design and construction phase administration for HVAC upgrades at the Academy of Careers & Technology. Qualified firms are invited to download a copy of Statement of Qualification and submission requirements from the Raleigh County Schools Website under Purchasing Department RFP notices.
Statements of Qualification must be received no later than 2:00 PM EST on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at the Purchasing Department, 104 Allen Avenue, Beckley, WV 25801.
A selection team will evaluate the statements of qualifications and will conduct discussions with at least three of the professional firms submitting these statements deemed to be most highly qualified to provide the services required, rank such firms in order of preference, negotiate contract, and submit them to the Raleigh County Board of Education for approval.

The Raleigh County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to make such selection by item or total bid amount as deemed to be in the best interest of Raleigh County Schools, and to purchase materials from vendors participating in state contract or cooperative.
