NOTICE TO THE WEST VIRGINIA DIOCESE OF THE GLORIOUS CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 1st day of March, 2021, the West Virginia State Board of Advisors of The Glorious Church of God in Christ a religious organization, voted and agreed to enter into a contract with Joe R. Pyle, Complete Auction & Realty.Service to sell to the highest bidder, certain real estate being The Glorious Church of God in Christ, 115 11th Street Beckley, West Virginia 25801. Further described as a certain lot or parcel of land situate in the City of Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being Lot No. 5, of Section 17, of the Central Addition to Beckley, West Virginia, as shown and designated upon map of said addition, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia to which said map Tax Map 3, as Parcel 03200000.
The West Virginia State Board of Advisors of The Glorious Church of God in Christ, has authorized Bishop Gary P. Brydie to represent this church organization in this auction process agreement with Joe R. Pyle. On the 8th day of March, 2021, Bishop Gary P. Brydie entered a contract with Joe R. Pyle to sell at auction this aforementioned property to the highest bidder. This property was conveyed to Bishop Gary P. Brydie, of the State Board of Advisors, for The Glorious Church of God in Christ, of Beckley, WV, on the 27th day of February, 2020, which said Deed is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia in Book 5071, at page
