Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of August, 2025 at 1:15 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Johnny & Rose Snyder will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s child or ward’s name from Mayla Sky Snyder to Vivian Sky Snyder, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
