Wyoming County Emergency Services/911 is accepting sealed bids for the cost and installation of a 96 1/2 +” x 103 3/4 level 8 ballistic frame with sidelites, transom, and one pair of doors with panic exit device, LCN Closer, weathering, sweeps and threshold. Sidelites, transom, and doors to be glazed with ballistic glazing overall thickness 1 1/6”, Aluminum Finish — Dark Bronze, and installation of doors will be in the main hallway of the building. The walls that the frame will be anchored to are cinderblock.

Sealed bids will be accepted in person at 1022 River Road Pineville WV 24874 or by US Mail to Wyoming County Emergency Services/911, PO Box 568, Pineville, WV 24874 until July 22nd 2025 at 1:00 p.m.
Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. during the Wyoming County Commissions special meeting on July 23rd, 2025.
Wyoming County Commission reserves the right to accept/reject any and all bids.
