REHBILITATION SERVICES FOR FIRE DAMAGED UNIT
The Beckley Housing Authority (BHA), located at 100 Beckwoods Drive, Beckley, West Virginia is seeking sealed proposals in response to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Rehabilitation Services for a fire damaged property located at 115 Ninth Street, owned and operated by the Beckley Housing Authority in the City of Beckley.
One (1) original and one (1) copy of the written proposal must be submitted to Ms. Angela Hansford, PHM, Executive Director, Beckley Housing Authority, 100 Beckwoods Drive, Beckley, WV 25801 by 4:00 p.m. on July 28th, 2025. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Fire Damage Rehabilitation Services 115 9th Street.” Only written and sealed proposals will be accepted. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. Any proposal received after the time and date the proposals are due will be returned unopened.
