Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of August, 2025 at 3:30 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Kelsi Nicole Jones will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Kelsi Nicole Jones to Kelsi Nicole Stormy Knight, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
