It appearing that the whereabouts and address of the above-named Respondent is unknown and that the Petitioners have used due-diligence to attempt to locate the Respondent, Respondent is hereby notified that a Petition for the Adoption of Prynce Ralph Jennings Ward (DOB: 05/07/2010) has been filed in the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, Civil Action No. 24-A-2. The Respondent is hereby notified that this action may affect his parental rights, if any, to Prynce Ralph Jennings Ward.
It is hereby ORDERED that the Respondent serve upon Amber Hanna, Esq., Counsel for the Petitioner, whose address is 123 Washington Street West, Suite 101, Charleston, West Virginia, 25302, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defenses they may have within thirty (30) days of the first (1st) publication of this Notice. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, located at 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801.
Respondent is further Notified that a hearing will be held on this matter on September 2, 2025, at 1:30 p.m., in the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, before the Honorable Darl W. Poling, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia.
