BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
OF THE CITY OF BECKLEY
Notice is hereby given that the City of Beckley Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, the 20th day of August 2025 in Council Chambers of the Beckley Municipal Building, 409 South Kanawha Street, in the City of Beckley, on the request for a Variance for the property located at 423 Timber Ridge Drive (Map 49A, Parcel 230.3) in an R-1, One-Family Zoning District.
Anyone wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated and must register to speak prior to the start of the meeting.
