The object of the above entitled action is the petition for legal guardianship of McKenna Aaliyah New by John C. New.
It is ORDERED that the biological mother, Lana Vinson, and biologial father, Travis New, having any objections to the aforesaid legal guardianship do appear and serve upon Timothy P. Lupardus, counsel for Petitioner, whose address is Post Office Box 1680, Pineville, West Virginia 24874 an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action on or before July 31 2025, at 1:00 PM; otherwise the petitioner will be granted the relief prayed for in the petition. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at the Wyoming County Circuit Clerk’s Office in Pineville, West Virginia.
