PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
CITY OF RANSON
Ranson City Concil will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at 7 pm at Ranson City Hall, 312 S. Mildred Street, Ranson, WV. The purpose of the public hearing is to accept public comments on a petition to rezone the following District 08, Map 10, Parcel 4, 081000400000000 located off War Admiral Blvd, Ranson, WV 25438 (Consisting of 9.52 acres) from MUX (Retired) to SmartCode New Community T5.
Copies of the proposed zoning amendment are available upon request from the Community Development Department. All persons are invited to attend and make comments about the proposed amendment. If you cannot attend but wish to comment, you may write to the following address prior to July 15, 2025: City of Ranson, Attn: [email protected]. Written comments received prior to July 15, 2025, will be provided to the Ranson City Council and inserted into the official record.
