The object of the above entitled action is to obtain a judgment for a debt.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Brandy Punturi and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore it is ordered that Brandy Punturi do serve upon Tomi Peck, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before a hearing will be held August 11, 2025 @ 2:00 pm, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Brandy Punturi at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
