RESCHEDULING ORDER
This the 23rd of March, 2021 came the Family Court Judge for a hearing on a petition for appointment of minor guardian filed by Christine Dixon on March 5, 2021. After a revie of the Court’s file it is hereby ORDERED that this hearing be continued due to the newspaper publication not being complete at least thirty (30) days before this date.
Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the hearing be held on the Petition for Appointment of Minor Guardian on APRIL 20, 2021 at 9:15 a.m., at which time all parties should be present to represent their interests.
Further, it is the ORDER of htis Court that the Clerk of this Court shall forward attested copies of this order to all parties and/or Counsel of record.
