NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 13th day of April, 2021, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of MBH Holdings, LLC for the purpose of the Setback Variance on property located at 580 Stanaford Road, Beckley, WV, Town District, Tax Map 6012, Parcel 62, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
