The City of Pleasant Valley’s Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for the following request(s) on August 18, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. at the City Hall, 2340 Kingmont Road, at which time interested persons may appear and be heard.
1. Jeffrey and Christina Allman are requesting a Variance to place a storage shed in the front yard of their home at 2224 Pleasant Valley Road (Tax Map 22-49-97). Article 2000, IV, B, 4 of Ordinance 28-A – Planning and Zoning, requires BZA approval for Accessory Structures in the front yard.
