Marion County Schools is requesting bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and installation of a new HVAC Rooftop unit on the Fairmont Senior High School Cafeteria/Gymnasium, 1 Loop Drive, Fairmont, WV 26554. Marion County Schools will be receiving bids up to 4:00pm on Monday, September 8, 2025, at the Marion County Board of Education Central Offices, 1516 Mary Lou Retton Drive, Fairmont, WV 26554 Bid specifications can be received from Casey Spagnuolo, Purchasing Coordinator at [email protected]. Marion County Schools reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to reject or accept any and/or all items in a proposal, and to award the contract in whole or in part as deemed to be in the best interest of Marion County Schools.
