The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that i has received a Letter of Intent from Adoration HospiceCare Acquisitions, LLC, CON File #254/6/7-13379-A, to become the sole member of LHCG LII, LLC which offers hospice services in Barbour, Braxton, Harrison, Lewis, Randolph, Upshur, and Webster Counties in WV. Capital Expenditure $300,000. Further information regarding the Letter of Intent, including the Certificate of Need application when submitted, is on the Authority’s website at www.hca.wv.gov
