REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
Commercial Paving Project – The Braxton County Commission
Notice is hereby given that The Braxton County Commission is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for a commercial paving project at the following locations:
- Braxton County Courthouse Employee Parking Lot, Riverside Drive, Sutton, WV
- Braxton County 911 Office, 687 Days Drive, Sutton, WV 26601
Scope of work includes site preparation, asphalt paving, drainage improvements, and finishing in accordance with applicable standards.
All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the official RFP document, which may be obtained by calling (304) 765-2835 or [email protected], or at the Braxton County Commission Office at 300 Main Street, Suite 305, Sutton, WV 26601.

Bids will be publicly opened and reviewed during a Special Meeting of the Braxton County Commission to be held on Friday, October 24, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
